The villa is only 15 min drive to all the main Disney attractions, 
including Disney-Magic Kingdom, Disney-MGM Studios, Epcot, Disney-Animal Kingdom and Disney's Water Parks
Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. Universal Studios, 
Islands of Adventure, Gatorland, Sea World and Wet’n’Wild are also within easy reach.
Busch Gardens theme park near Tampa is an hours drive away and popular with thrillseekers.
The Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral is an hours drive east from the villa, and those wishing to travel further afield can visit the Gulf Coast beaches and Everglades National Park.

For the discerning shopper the Florida Mall (Saks Fifth Avenue, Sears, JC Penny), Millenia Mall (Macy's, Bloomingdales) and many Factory Outlet Shops are easily accessible.
Two excellent shopping centres, each with a 24 hour supermarket, one Publix, one WalMart, are within easy reach - including Fast Food, Pharmacy, Post Office, Hairdressing and much much more.
